We will undertake a survey of the property you intend to purchase in France, using our specialist knowlege and professional judgement, and we will provide you with a concise and easily understood report on the state of the repair of the property.

It is not our job to deter you from making the purchase. Our aim is to assist you in deciding on the general condition of the property, to highlight and put into context any problem areas that might have escaped your notice, and to advise you on possible remedies and future maintenance.

This service is provided for a fixed fee - agreed in advance and quoted in writing. Reports are despatched by post and by e-mail.

We are completely independent of all estate agents, building societies and banks.
